Support Black Tie Dinner!
Did you know the Human Rights Campaign Foundation is the national beneficiary of Black Tie Dinner?

As the Black Tie Dinner national beneficiary, the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) must meet several Black Tie Dinner Board requirements:

  • Sell a minimum # of Black Tie Dinner tables

  • Sell a minimum of 75 Black Tie Dinner Car Raffle Tickets

  • Volunteer 100 hours (prior to the BTD Dinner and days following the dinner)

  • Provide a Luxury Auction Item (value $10,000)

For the past 20 + years, the DFW Federal Club Governing Committee has provided a luxury item package that meets the criteria prescribed by the DFW Black Tie Dinner Board. This year, we are asking our entire HRC DFW membership to get involved and participate in creating the luxury auction item which will consist of 80 bottles of fine wines + a wine refrigerator.

We have partnered with Goody Goody Liquor’s on Oak Lawn and their wine steward has selected a variety of wine and port bottles ranging from $80 - $300 per bottle as part of the luxury auction item. The Goody Goody wine steward will manage, track and store any bottles purchased towards that package.

How can you help? There are two ways you can donate to the auction package. You can purchase a bottle from the wine steward’s list at the store or make a donation online.

  • Visit Goody Goody at 3316 Oak Lawn and purchase a bottle of wine:

    • Point of contact is Clint Barrett, Senior Wine Consultant, CBARRETT@GoodyGoody.com

    • Store phone: 214.765.6878 or Cell: 972.467.4766 (text messages only)

Don’t forget to tell Clint Barrett you are buying wine for Black Tie Dinner/HRC

  • Donate online via Paypal

    • Make a donation of either $25, $50, $75 or $100

    • All donations will apply to the luxury auction item
